What we do
Family litigation involves disputes between family members — divorce, child custody, maintenance, domestic violence and, increasingly, the criminal dimension of matrimonial breakdown. At Midas Legal, we represent both sides of these disputes and take a practical, outcome-focused approach from the outset.
We also take on pro bono matters for domestic violence survivors in Delhi, alongside our paid practice. The first consultation for all family matters is at a fixed fee.
