Banking & Finance

Commercial lending, structured finance, project finance and dispute resolution for banks, funds, corporates and high-net-worth individuals.

What we do

Banking and finance law covers both the transactional and contentious sides of financial relationships. On the transactional side, we advise on commercial lending agreements, structured finance instruments, project finance documentation and asset-based lending arrangements. On the contentious side, we represent lenders and borrowers in enforcement proceedings, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) proceedings and insolvency applications under the IBC.

Our clients include banks, NBFCs, corporates, real estate developers and high-net-worth individuals. We draft and review all standard forms of debt instrument and advise on regulatory requirements applicable to lending and fundraising.
